Blue Ocean Fizz
A bubbly, ocean-themed treat that’s full of surprises!
Ingredients
- 1 box blue raspberry Jell-O
- 1 cup boiling water
- ½ cup cold water
- ½ cup sparkling lemonade or soda
- Gummy fish, sharks, or other sea-themed candies
- Optional: edible glitter for a magical touch
Instructions

Dissolve the Jello:
In a medium heatproof bowl, pour 1 cup boiling water over the blue raspberry Jello powder. Stir for 2–3 minutes until completely dissolved. -
Mix in the liquids:
Add ½ cup cold water and ½ cup sparkling lemonade or soda. Stir gently to combine. -
Add the surprise:
Place one gummy fish or candy in the bottom of each cup. Carefully pour the Jello mixture over the candy so it’s fully submerged. -
Chill until set:
Refrigerate for 2–3 hours or until firm. -
Optional magic:
Sprinkle a little edible glitter on top before serving for a sparkling ocean effect.

Layer it up: For an extra wow-factor, try layering with white coconut Jello or a second blue layer.
